November 2006 - 2FA joins OATH. Continuing it's efforts to raise awareness of industry needs for open authentication and to facilitate information exchanges between end user corporations and the technical community, 2FA joins OATH as a Contributing Member. August 1, 2006 - 2FA Technology launches Credential Manager 2007. Designed from the ground up on ASP .Net 2.0, CM 2007 is optimized for Microsoft CLM and to unite multiple authentication methods under one easy to use management console. August 17, 2006 - 2FA Technology acquires Allied Logistic Solutions (ALS), a Houston based logistics company specializing in the global delivery of strong authentication devices and specialty kitting operations. In an effort to broaden its global operational reach, 2FA Technology acquired ALS on August 15, 2006. The acquisition of ALS significantly increases 2FA's global deployment capabilities. ALS held several major global contracts for strong authentication deployments and specialty kitting operations. Prior to the acquisition ALS had assisted in the deployment of more than 1,000,000 strong authentication devices. 2FA aims to integrate ALS into its newly created Small Business. Simplified. solution and simplify the delivery process for their ongoing distribution of strong authentication devices to their partners and customers.
