2FA Technology® Support Options


2FA Technology Customer Service is dedicated to providing the highest level of Software Support by offering a low TCO in terms of both Administration and the end user experience. Customer Service prides itself on providing Support via highly trained and experienced Engineers, technical excellence and timely and regular communication.

Software Maintenance grants customers access to 2FA Technology software updates and upgrades. Maintenance is available for each 2FA Technology software product. For example, customers who purchase a Credential Manager license may purchase Credential Manager - Maintenance. Software updates include hot fixes to address site specific products issues and periodic patch releases that contain one or more defect repairs. Software upgrades include access to new major releases of 2FA Technology products, containing a number of significant feature enhancements.

Terms

  • One-Year Subscription.
    Maintenance is a 12-month subscription, purchased separately for each product.
  • Extended Warranty.
    The 2FA Technology warranty period for all software-based product purchases is 90 days. Customers may obtain maintenance at the time of purchase, or within the warranty period based on the original software purchase price.
  • Volume Pricing.
    Maintenance pricing is a function of the volume adjusted software license MSRP.
  • Maintenance includes 2FA Technology Support.
    2FA Technology only provides direct Support to Authorized Channel Partners and Direct Customers.
  • Authorized Contacts.
    End-Customer information including Company Name, Contact Details and Maintenance status must be provided to 2FA Technology Customer Service in order to receive support.
  • Renewal.
    Maintenance subscription renewal is annual, at then-current pricing. For subscriptions that have expired, the renewed subscription will begin at the end of the previous subscription.
